Full Condo Remodel in Mission Viejo

 

Here is a full interior remodel we completed in Mission Viejo. This full remodel included kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, staircase, lighting, cabinetry, countertops, painting, and fireplace. We made the fireplace to be the focal point of the living room by framing it from floor to ceiling and installing tiles with a concrete look to it. In the kitchen, the customer opted for a White Shaker Cabinets, Quartz Countertops, and Subway Tiles for the backsplash. In the master bathroom, we converted the tub into a walk-in shower, removed the soffit which made the master bathroom look and feel bigger. We placed Luxury Vinyl Planks for flooring for ease of maintenance and water resistance. To give a modern look to this condo, we used wrought iron and powder coated matte black handrails.
